By providing our members with online yoga and meditation subscriptions, peer mentorship and monthly gatherings free of charge, Warriors are encouraged to take action, rise up, heal, and thrive.
Knowing the importance of sharing time and energy with women on a similar path, they bring our Warriors together monthly for powerful conversations and space to heal. Thanks to amazing partnerships from The Green Yogi and Headspace, Cancer Warrior members can access free online yoga and meditation sessions from the comfort of their home or on the road.

In every situation no matter the intensity, no matter the pain, there lies choice.
When a painful event occurs it is often unexpected or if anticipated, highly unwelcome. We may feel caught off guard, unprepared to handle change or the permanency of a new reality.
As I begin writing from the depths of my soul I acknowledge the newness in my words and the wounds of my heart as I open the gates for my emotion and insights to flow.

The tears pour down my face into a puddle on my mat as healing hands guide this release down through my fingertips, out of my soul.
I leave those nights changed…my heart with more empathy and my mind greater depths of compassion.
To be broken is to be human. A common thread among us all. Caused by loss, disease, mortality. The source varies, but the result the same.

I want to know what’s on the other side, when the waves subside and we’re stronger and greater than when we began.
